Meet Dr. Sara Golkari

Dr. Sara Golkari comes to Chicago by way of Philadelphia and couldn’t be more excited! She’s originally from Massachusetts where she did most of her educational training. She received her Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. She then went on to obtain her dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she received her D.M.D. Degree summa cum laude. While at Tufts, Dr. Sara was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honors fraternity, and Honos Civicus, a society which recognizes students who excel academically and as civic leaders.

Dr. Sara followed her mother’s love for pediatric dentistry by pursuing her post-doctorate education at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital where she earned a Speciality Certificate in Pediatrics Dentistry. Dr. Sara is a board certified pediatric dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Sara was selected by her peers as a Top Dentist in Philadelphia Magazine for three years in a row.

Dr. Sara was once a terrified patient herself which allows her to greatly relate to her patients today. She can be easily spotted in our office by her sparkly shoes, energetic personality, and love for singing! When not at work, Dr. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, and dog, Boo.
